    • Contrary to popular belief, Ministers, Pastors, Priests, and Preachers also need Ministering. Your congregation member can sin, doubt, dwindle away, and just call on you. And Eureka! You are there for him/her, welcoming them back, Praying for them, inspiring them with the word, feeding their souls. But what happens the day when you falter? Where do you go? Your Ring or Administration Body? Your congregation members whom you have just disappointed? Will they say: "Don't worry, Pastor. We all make mistakes. Come, let's Pray, ask for forgiveness, and everything will be allright."? Or will they dump you, tear the Church appart, and say: "OMG, Our Pastor is a sinner, let's leave this Church and go elsewhere."? WHAT WILL THEY SAY? - WHERE WILL YOU GO? - YOU HAVE STRAYED FROM GOD - WHO WILL LEAD YOU BACK? - SHOULD YOUR MINISTRY REALLY BE DOOMED? - BECAUSE YOU ARE ONLY HUMAN? - DOES satan NOT ATTACK LEADERS? - ARE LEADERS IMMUNE AGAINST SIN? - WHEN YOU FEEL WEAK, SHOULD YOU NOT BE ABLE TO GET SUPPORT BEFORE YOU FALL AND RIP YOUR MINISTRY APART? THAT!......... IS THE PURPOSE OF WORKERS FOR JESUS MINISTRIES. Welcome here, my dearest brothers and sisters in the ministry. Welcome my dearest co-workers for Jesus. Come, and talk to this Network. Come and listen here. Here, we LOVE you. Here we know that the Harvest is plenty, but the workers are few. Here we want to help the workers and Pray for them, not lose them.
